RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive cloud-native solutions by leveraging AWS services, DevOps principles, and modern software engineering practices. 
• Build and manage robust, scalable infrastructure and serverless architectures using Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and AWS serverless technologies. 
• Foster continuous improvement by embracing Agile and SCRUM methodologies and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on project goals.

SKILLS

• Minimum of  year's experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred) and knowledge of cloud-native application development.

• Strong foundation in Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform or CloudFormation). 
• Application development skills with experience in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go, or Python. 
• A DevOps mindset with practical experience in continuous delivery, GitOps, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage client relationships effectively.

• Be responsible for Network incident diagnostics/resolution. 
• Network change implementation. 
• Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers.
• Continue to strengthen and bolster your existing capabilities through professional training, certifications, and experiences.

SKILLS

• Proven track record supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications demonstrating proficiency.
• Experienced in supporting Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access) 
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding routing issues (BGP, OSPF & EIGRP)

Environmental Technicians help to maintain and repair our ships technical, and equipment in the garbage room. Environmental Technicians play a vital part in ensuring all equipment is functioning properly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all garbage room equipment and incinerators are in working order at all times 
• Help with the continuous updating and developing of planned maintenance procedures through experience gained with each type of machine on board for which they are responsible. 
• Ensure the inventory of strategic spare parts on board is sufficient to adequately maintain each machine for which they are responsible

Fire Patrol is responsible for all firefighting equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and in working order at all times, performing patrol/watch duties, inspections of firefighting equipment, and assisting with the training of crew on Fire Safety. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all fire-extinguishing appliances are in accordance with SOLAS regulations, Class Authorities, Flag State Administration, Manufacturer’s recommendations, and all repairs, alterations or modifications are done in accordance with the above-mentioned institutions and also shall be fully conversant with the regulations of the authorities in addition to local authorities.

As part of our amazing Engine Team as an Assistant Reefer, you will be assisting Refrigeration Officers to maintain and repair the Air Conditioning and refrigeration systems. Working as part of the small refrigeration Team under the guidance of the Chief Refrigeration Officer, you will play a vital part in ensuring our ship stays cool.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Refrigeration Officer in the maintenance and upkeep of the vessel's Ventilation and Air Condition and refrigeration systems
• Assist the Refrigeration Officer in the execution of the maintenance and routine testing of equipment, instrument, and automation
• Ensure all aspects of the company's global (HESS-MS) Health, Environment, Safety and Security Management System are effectively applied during his/her working activities 
• Performs on-call duties as per the department rotation. 
• Performs elementary mechanical tasks
