Mason

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Mason is responsible for performing masonry tasks, including building and repairing structures, surfaces, and fixtures on the cruise ship. This role requires a strong understanding of masonry techniques and a commitment to ensuring high-quality workmanship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mason uses bricks, concrete blocks, or natural stones to build structures that include walls, walkways, fences, and chimneys 
• Cutting, shaping, and dressing materials.
• Lifting, carrying, and placing prepared blocks. 
• Reading and following technical drawings
• Maintaining tools and workspaces. 

REQUIREMENTS

• GRADE 12
• South African Passport
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
