JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary. 
  • Handle inquiries via email and in-person, providing information about the organization. 
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security by following procedures. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • Qualification in administration
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel
