Payroll Administrator (Land Based- Dubai)

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process employee payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of employee personal and employment details, salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national regulations related to payroll, taxes and benefits.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute employee pay stubs, W-2 forms, and other related documents.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update payroll processing systems and tools as necessary.
  • Report Generation: Generate payroll reports, including tax filings and unemployment insurance reports.
  • Tax Submission: Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll taxes and other related payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification.
  • South African passport
  • 2+ years of experience in Payroll Administration.
  • Proficiency with payroll processing systems and tools, such as ADP, Workday, or SAP.
  • Familiarity with local and national payroll, tax and benefits regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
