JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Padel/Beach Club Manager to oversee the operations and development of our vibrant padel and beach club facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team dedicated to providing high-quality service in a dynamic environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the daily operations of the padel courts and beach club, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. 
  • Organize and promote events, tournaments, and activities that engage guests and encourage participation in club offerings. 
  • Ensure that all facilities, including courts and beach areas, are well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new members and retain existing ones. 
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • Qualification in Hospitality
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel/establishment
