Host/Hostess (Land Based- Dubai)

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders, and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
• Prepare and process bills, handle payments, and administer change.
• Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
• Assist with special events, private dining, and VIP guest service.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. 

REQUIREMENTS

• GRADE 12
• South African passport
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
