JOB DESCRIPTION

The Front Desk (Land based) position in a Hotel in Dubai, often referred to as Guest Services Agent or Receptionist, is a critical role responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the guest journey. This role involves handling various administrative and customer service tasks to ensure that passengers have a pleasant and seamless experience on board.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes for passengers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of boarding and departure procedures.
  • Provide information to guests about ship amenities, activities, dining options, and itineraries. Assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (e.g., housekeeping, dining, excursions) to facilitate requests and ensure accurate information flow.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience. 


REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • South African Passport
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
