Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Duty Manager/Host to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a welcoming environment. As the Duty Manager/Host, you will play a vital role in managing staff, coordinating services, and resolving any issues that may arise during your shift.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring all areas of the venue are running smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all details are managed to provide a memorable experience for guests. 
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • Qualification in Hospitality
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel
