JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of a business or department, assisting in overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with the management team to implement company policies, handle administrative tasks, and drive business success. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in supervising and directing the work of staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. 
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the business or department, including opening and closing procedures. 
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations and operational guidelines. 
  • Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • South African passport
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
