Assistant Food & Bevarage Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager assists in managing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a smooth operation of dining services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of food and beverage services, including dining areas, bars, and room service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• GRADE 12
• South African passport
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
