Sales System Manager (Land Based)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a Sales System Manager to oversee and optimize our sales systems and processes. This role will be pivotal in driving sales efficiency, managing sales technology platforms, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.  

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of sales management systems (e.g., CRM platforms) to enhance sales productivity.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on system usage, best practices, and data entry standards. 
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and to troubleshoot any issues.
  • Develop and generate reports for sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management to assist in strategic planning. 
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • Qualification in Sales or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel
