JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an HR Officer who will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including training managers on best practices and tracking performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and career development.
- Support benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries regarding compensation and benefits packages.
REQUIREMENTS
- GRADE 12
- Qualification in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury establishment
