JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist/Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training for a successful start.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking deadlines and assisting managers with evaluations.
- Assist with employee benefits enrolment and inquiries, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Help coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Support various HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- GRADE 12
- Qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience is a luxury establishment
