JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Group Distribution & Revenue Manager to lead their distribution strategies and maximize revenue across their group portfolio. This role involves analysing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to drive profitability and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and implement distribution and revenue management strategies for the group to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Develop and manage pricing models to ensure competitive positioning while maximizing revenue. 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives. 
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics and generate reports to track KPIs, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. 
  • Oversee inventory allocation and distribution across various channels to optimize sales opportunities. 
  • Leverage revenue management software and tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • GRADE 12
  • Qualification in Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel
