JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dealer A is responsible for managing and facilitating gaming operations at a casino table, ensuring fair play, compliance with casino rules, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves dealing cards or handling game equipment, interacting with players, and maintaining a positive gaming environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deal cards or operate gaming equipment according to the rules of the specific game (e.g., blackjack, poker, roulette, baccarat).
•   Provide friendly and professional service to players, answering questions about the game and assisting with any issues that arise.
• Enforce casino rules and regulations to ensure fair play and compliance with gaming laws.
• Have a thorough understanding of the rules and strategies for the games being dealt.

REQUIREMENTS

• GRADE 12
• South African Passport
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
